He says the works appear to be Futurism, because of the marks, like Boccioni. But then he lays out his real thesis - these are, in truth, not Futurist.

He talks about how these pictures show space-time, and the flow of consciousness, and cites philosopher Bergson; concluding that the pictures are beyond Futurism, they show a Nature of the future.
